Thank you to everyone who was able to make it to the Turkey Trot. The weather didn’t cooperate but everyone made the best of it! Congratulations to all the winners. Special thanks goes out to Meijers for the donation to help us purchase the turkeys and to Norwalk Knights of Columbus who also made a donation to help us purchase the cider, donuts and milk. Lastly thank you to our very own Norwalk Catholic PTO who sponsored the event and put together a door prize!
Thanksgiving Feast: The preschool Thanksgiving Feasts will be held on Mon., Nov. 25 and Tues., Nov. 26 (consult the classroom newsletter for preschool details). The kindergarten’s Thanksgiving Feast will be held Tues., Nov. 26. Kindergarten students were asked to bring in $2 to help provide the food. Your kindergarten child WILL NOT need lunch that day. We will all eat together at a long table in the gym as a way to celebrate the first Thanksgiving. We will be looking for volunteers to help us to make the meal, serve, as well as clean up. Please reach out to the kindergarten teachers if you are able to help. All students in preschool clubhouse on Tuesday will only have the lunch B option available.
Secret Santa: PTO is sponsoring the annual Secret Shop and you are invited. This event will take place on Monday, November 25 and Tuesday, November 26. The shop will be overflowing with wonderful Christmas surprises so our Elementary and Early Childhood students can come and shop.
All Early Childhood students may shop with an adult anytime we are open! Feel free to stop before or after preschool either day or during the evening time on Monday.

Monday, December 2nd 2-Hour Delay: When we return from break we will have our next built-in 2-hour delay. The following plan relates to any delay that happens this school year:
PRESCHOOL ONE-HOUR DELAY SCHEDULE (all days when the whole school is on a 2-hour delay)
Morning Preschool (3s & 4s): Classes will attend from 10:30am until 12:30pm
Afternoon Preschool (3s & 4s): Classes will attend from 1:15pm to 3:15pm
KINDERGARTEN 2-HOUR DELAY SCHEDULE
Kindergarten students will attend school from 10:30am to 3:15pm
On delay days students must be registered in order to use the Flyer Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse will be open and available to all Clubhouse registered NC students in Grades Pre3 through Grade 6 during normal hours, 6:30am to 6:00pm on school delay days, and school closing days.
If you are not signed up for Flyer Clubhouse, we are still committed to having staff available if you need to drop your child off at the regular time (starting at 8:30am). We only ask that you sign up in advance so we can plan accordingly.
