Director Update:
We were so blessed to celebrate Rare Disease Day this week in honor of our very own preschooler Hazel Miller (seen right). It was so great to see all the support for those who daily battle a rare disease.
This week Mrs. Reynolds got to enjoy donuts with students who participated and raised money during our Ninja Warrior event. Thank you to everyone who supported this yearly event at the EC.
Celebrate “Right to Read” week with us at the EC! Schools nationwide often host a "Right to Read" annually to support and encourage students of all ages to read and have fun with reading during school. We may even have some guest readers who will be in this week to surprise the kids! Please see the events we have planned for this week:
Monday - We are Reading Rockstars - dress like a rockstar
Tuesday - Wild about Reading - wear animal print
Wednesday - Reading makes us Bright - wear sunglasses and uniform
Thursday - Bedtime Stories - wear PJs
Friday - Flyer's Love to READ - wear Flyer Spirit gear
Join us for our EC Art Show on Tuesday, March 11th from 6pm - 7pm in the EC gym. Come see all of our future artists' work on display. If for some reason school is canceled the exhibit will be open the following day for viewing during the school day.

Help us celebrate St. Patrick’s day on Monday, March 17th by wearing jeans and green shirts. Wish us luck as we try to catch that clever leprechaun.
Every year, on March 21, people all around the world come together to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day by wearing brightly colored, mismatched socks. March 21st is symbolic because people with Down syndrome have 3 copies of their 21st chromosome. We will be celebrating Rock Your Socks Day with jeans on Thursday, March 21st.
