Principal Update:
Holy Week is filled with prayer, reflection, and community at Norwalk Catholic. This week, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade students engaged in a teacher-led pilgrimage around the school to learn about the Sacred Mysteries. The 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students participated in a guided meditation during their atrium time.
On Wednesday, we had an all-school Mass with Father V as the celebrant. It is always a blessing to have all the students together to share in our faith. I was proud to see students from all grades participating in Mass through reading, singing, and presenting gifts. Thursday, our 6th-grade classes presented the Living Stations of the Cross to the Early Childhood Center in the morning and to 1st through 12th grade in the afternoon. This is one of my favorite traditions, and it is always a moving experience. I am so impressed by the 6th-grade students, their teacher, and volunteer coordinator, Mrs. Mollaun, for all of their hard work.
I hope you and your families have a blessed Holy Week and a beautiful Easter celebration. Have a wonderful Easter!
