Our fourth graders enjoyed a relaxing, faith-filled retreat with the Sisters of Notre Dame. The students participated in engaging activities, including Bingo with Sister Joyce and a tour of the house and grounds with Sister Carolyn and drumming. Loren Schild led the students in Adoration, using Hallow’s children’s Adoration audio and guiding them through a journal page to reflect on their time with Jesus. Father Travis celebrated Mass, highlighting the service and good works of the sisters. The children enjoyed sharing a meal and conversation with the sisters, making memories and strengthening their faith. Their time together seemed too short, as both the students and sisters would have happily spent a few more hours together.
