Our fourth graders enjoyed a visit to the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Museum and residence, exploring the historic home and beautiful grounds of Spiegel Grove in Fremont. As part of their Social Studies unit on Ohio history, students got a firsthand look at how the Hayes family lived, both at home in Spiegel Grove and during their time in the White House. It was a fun and engaging way to bring history to life!
