Thank you for your continued participation in the Norwalk Catholic RaiseRight program! We are grateful for the support this program provides to our families and to Norwalk Catholic. As we begin another school year, we wanted to share some important updates regarding weekly ordering, volunteer opportunities, and rebate distributions.

Weekly RaiseRight Orders

Now that school is back in session, RaiseRight orders will be processed weekly. Orders will be placed every Monday, unless school is not in session on Monday. In that case, orders will be placed on Tuesday. To ensure your order is included in the weekly order, all orders must be received by 9am when ordering online with RaiseRight, turning them into one of the school main offices, the advancement office or Fireland Catholic parish offices.

Volunteers Needed 

In order for the Norwalk Catholic RaiseRight program to continue, we need volunteer help! As our program continues to grow, we need additional volunteers to help with the weekly responsibilities that keep RaiseRight running smoothly. We are looking for individuals who can commit approximately 4–5 hours per week.

Volunteer responsibilities may include:
• Placing the weekly RaiseRight order
• Filling and organizing customer orders
• Picking up gift cards from local vendors
• Helping with inventory and organization
• Assisting families with their orders when needed

This volunteer support is essential to the continued success of the RaiseRight program. Without enough volunteers to help with the weekly process, we may not be able to continue offering the program in its current format. If you are able to give approximately 4–5 (max) hours each week and would like to help, please contact the Advancement Office at [email protected] or 419-668-7223. We truly appreciate everyone who has volunteered their time to make RaiseRight possible and hope others will consider joining our volunteer team!

A Few Reminders
• The rebate period runs from July 1 through June 30 each year.
• Participants receive one consolidated annual rebate.
• The annual rebate is distributed by the end of July/beginning of August following the close of each rebate year.

In simple terms:
July 1 – June 30: Rebates are earned and accumulated
July/Aug:  Annual rebates are calculated and distributed

Rebate Distribution Options
You may choose to have your rebate distributed in one of the following ways:
• Applied to a student meal account (Student Name(s))
• Applied to tuition or registration fees
• A check issued to you
• A check directed to the Norwalk Catholic Annual Fund
• A check directed to one of the following churches:
           • St. Anthony
           • St. Mary
           • St. Paul

If you have previously shared how you would like your distribution handled, those preferences will continue to be followed. However, if you are unsure of your current preference or would like to update it at any time, please contact the Advancement Office at [email protected].

**Please note: At the end of the disbursement cycle, if no distribution method has been selected on your account or communicated to us, the earnings will be applied to the Norwalk Catholic Annual Fund as a tax-deductible donation.

Rebate Distribution Structure
The rebate structure will remain:

• 25% Administrative / Annual Fund
          • 10% Administrative Fees
          • 15% Norwalk Catholic Annual Fund contribution (tax-deductible)
• 75% Participant Rebate

We appreciate your continued participation in the RaiseRight program. Every gift card purchased through RaiseRight helps support our families while also strengthening Norwalk Catholic. And with the help of our volunteers, we can continue to make this program convenient, successful, and beneficial for everyone.
