These programs are designed to support growth, responsibility, and positive outcomes. All programs are facilitated alongside a horse partner through equine-assisted learning, providing participants with experiential, hands-on opportunities to practice skills in the moment.
Middle School Herd Qualities Program - Tuesdays 4pm-6pm
This program supports middle school age youth in understanding who they are as a person. Participants explore how they show up, what/how much pressure they put on themselves & others, and how their choices directly impact the outcome. This program encourages self-awareness and confidence.
High School Leadership Toolbox Program - Tuesdays 6:30pm-8:30pm
This program helps high school students identify their individual strengths and understand how those strengths contribute to effective leadership. Youth learn leadership skills, communication strategies, and decision-making tools that can be applied to school, work, and community.
4 Corners of Shared Leadership Program - Third Thursday of each month from 9-11 or 12-2; or by appointment
This program is designed for school groups, sports teams, clubs, service organizations, professionals, etc. Using equine-assisted learning, participants recognized and value the strengths of all team members while working together, how leadership roles can be shared, and how unity and congruency are created when everyone contributes to a common goal.
