Please join us in welcoming a new face to the Norwalk Catholic family! We're excited to introduce Lillian Nixon as a Fourth Grade Teacher.
Inspired by a family of educators and known for her compassionate and encouraging nature, Miss Nixon brings a passion for student growth and a love for learning to the classroom. Before joining us, she served as an Intervention Tutor, working with students in grades K–5 to strengthen their reading skills. This will be her first lead teaching role—and we’re thrilled to be part of her journey!
For Miss Nixon, the students are what make teaching so special. She loves seeing their unique personalities shine and creating a classroom environment where all voices are valued. One of her favorite memories so far was returning to her student teaching classroom, where the joy on her former students’ faces reminded her of the lasting impact a teacher can make.
Drawn to Norwalk Catholic’s strong, faith-filled community, she’s eager to build connections with both students and staff. When she's not in the classroom, you might find her baking, exploring local coffee shops, or sharing fun chicken stories—yes, she once had 36 chickens!
Welcome to Norwalk Catholic, Miss Nixon! We're so blessed to have you in our school family. Let’s Go Flyers!
