Ella Kalizewski has etched her name into the school’s softball record books, capping off a phenomenal season by breaking five major records—three of them her own.
Kalizewski set a new single-season On-Base Percentage (OBP) record, reaching base at .642. This topped her previous record of .636.
She crushed 9 home runs, smashing her previous single-season record of 4. Kalizewski drove in 40 RBIs, setting another single-season school record and edging past her own previous best of 38.
Kalizewski now holds the career RBI record with 78, surpassing the previous high of 50 jointly held by Morgan Baxter and Marlaina Sowers. She also doubled the career home run record, hitting 13 over her career and breaking Klaire Hickey’s previous mark of 6.
