To ensure your child can receive prescription or non-prescription medication (e.g., Tylenol, Motrin) at school, a parent or guardian must complete a medication release form and supply the medication. All medication must be brought in its original container, clearly labeled with the student’s name, and submitted to the school office along with the completed form.
Please note that Norwalk Catholic does not stock or provide any medications for students. This policy applies to all students from Preschool through Grade 12.
