All incoming students entering Kindergarten, Grade 7, and Grade 12 are required to have state-mandated immunizations completed prior to the start of school. If you choose to exempt your child from these immunizations, a valid exemption form must be submitted and kept on file.
All students must meet immunization requirements or have an exemption form on file by the 14th day of school—Tuesday, September 9, 2025. Students who are not in compliance by this date will be excluded from school until proper documentation is provided.
Please submit proof of immunization or a signed exemption form to the school office no later than Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
**If you have filed an exemption in the past, you should be receiving a form in the mail. Please complete and return by Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
